Slow Cooker Cottage Pie

Hi guys,  today i am very excited to share slow cooker cottage pie recipes with you guys. So let’s move toward the ingredients without wasting any time.

Ingredients:

  • 5 carrots
  • A cup of corn
  • A cup of green beans
  • 2 oxo cubes
  • Pepper
  • 5% beef mince 500g
  • Water (around a pint)
  • Onion granules
  • Garlic granules
  • Tomato puree (tbsp)
  • Add any other veg that takes your fancy to bulk it out

Method:

Brown the mince and chuck everything in the slow cooker, turn on high for 3 hours, stir and taste to work out seasoning. Use bisto to thicken the gravy. 3 hours more on low.

Make mashed potato, Make carrot and swede mash, mix together. Spread on top of the mince, tea towel under the lid and back on low for half hour. Sprinkle cheese on top and chuck it in the oven for 20 mins.
