Slow cooker Roast Lamb

Ingredients:

2.7kg Leg of lamb, pierced and stuffed with fresh garlic cloves.

Sprinkle of salt on top. Spring of Rosemary and straight into the oven bag so it means absolutely no mess to clean up.




Directions:

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Use the juices in the bag to create an amazing gravy!

Edit: make sure you put a small pin hole in the bag (on top) so pressure has a way out.

Here’s a super easy recipe I made. My family loves this cake.

Ingredients:

-Lemon supreme cake mix
-lemon pudding instant mix
– lemon supreme frosting
-ingredients for cake mix

Method:

Mix cake mix and all the ingredients listed on back plus the instant pudding package together. Pour in a floured and greased Bundt pan. Bake according to directions on box. After it’s done and cooled some.
Microwave frosting 30 seconds and stir then 10 second intervals until it’s melted and liquid. Then pour over your cake after you’ve dumped on to your cake plate. Enjoy!
