So good! Slow Cooker Massaman Beef Curry.
Ingredients:
800gs chuck steak pieces
1x jar Ayam massaman curry paste
1x brown onion
1x large can Ayam coconut milk
3x potatoes
1x teaspoon brown sugar
1x tablespoon of soy sauce
2x bay leaves
Peanut oil
Method:
1. Brown onion in pan, transfer to slow cooker
2. Brown meat, transfer to slow cooker
3. Cook off curry paste
4. Mix together paste, coconut milk, sugar and soy sauce
5. Chop potatoes, add to slow cooker
6. Pour paste mix over everything in slow cooker
7. Add bay leaves
8. Cook on high for 1.5 hours
9. Cook low for 6.5 hours (total of 8hrs)
