Beef Rissoles Recipe

Slow Cooker Beef rissoles Recipe with gravy. They were delicious.

Ingredients:

500g lean Beef mince.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
1 egg.
Good splash of Worcestershire sauce.
1 good teaspoon garlic mince.
Pepper.
Dried parsley.
1/2 teaspoon vegeta stock powder.
1 green capsicum, 1 onion, fresh mint.

Instructions:

Pour all above into big bowl & mix all ingredients together with hands.

Roll into balls and flatten slightly.

Coat in plain flour.

Brown rissoles for 4 minutes each side. ( I have a sunbeam sear/Brown slow cooker)

Then turn on slow cooker for 5 hours on low.

Pour in gravy granules and 2 cups of water.
( follow instructions on gravy powder to make up 2 cups)

Put tea towel under the lid.

Add water more or less depending how thick you like your gravy! Mine was quite thick.

Don’t add any salt, as the vegeta already has it in.
