Slow Cooked Hungarian Goulash gulyás)
In the slow cooker today. House smells so good !

Ingredients:
– 700g of diced beef
– about 2 teaspoons of Hungarian paprika
– 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
– 500ml of beef bone broth
– 1 tin of diced Roma tomatos
– 1 tablespoon of veggeta
– 50g butter
– 2 carrots
– 2 potato’s
– 1/4 cup flour.
– 1 large brown onion
Directions:
I melted the butter in a pan and mixed the onion with the paprika and caraway seeds then added it to the slow cooker with all other ingredients. I also dredge the beef in the flour before transferring to the pot.
Cook for 5 – 6 hours on low. Put this on around 10am so it’ll be ready just in time for dinner.
