Slow Cooker Beef Massaman Curry

Hi guys, it is very easy to cook slow cooker beef massaman curry and it is very tasty. Let me show you the recipe. First move toward the ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1kg (or so) of beef. I used Aldi gravy beef
  • 4 heaped teaspoons of massaman curry paste. I used Aldi brand again
  • 1 can of coconut cream
  • 1 can of coconut milk

Method:

First of all halve and thickly slice the onions. Then cube the potatoes and dice the meat into 2cm (ish) cubes. Chuck these into the slow cooker.

In a bowl, pour the cream and milk and add the curry paste. Mix well and pour over the meat and vegetables. Put the lid and cook on low for 6 hours, stirring every now and again.
