Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup Recipe.
Ingredients –
* 800g x chicken tenderloins, or any type of chicken
* 6-8 x potatoes (the more potatoes, the thicker your soup will be)
* 3-4 x carrots
* 1lt chicken stock
* 3 x tins 440g creamed corn
* 1x tin 440g tin corn
* salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
* Peel potatoes & carrots, then dice them.
* Put all the ingredients except chicken stock in the slow cooker.
* add chicken stock last, pouring over it all
* if you have room, add water to the top.
* stir all ingredients together
* put slow cooker on slow for 8 hours.
* one hour before finishing, carefully take chicken out, and cut into small pieces.
* place back into slow cooker, and stir.
* cook for another hour.
* serve with crusty bread roll.
