Pizza Scrolls

Pizza scrolls for the fella’s lunches.

For dough;

3 cups self raising flour

1 teaspoon garlic salt

200gms butter

1 cup milk

Filling;

Tomato pizza paste

Salami chopped

Ham chopped

Fresh basil

Shallots

Grated parmesan cheese

Grated tasty cheese

Directions:

To make the dough mix the flour salt & butter until it becomes bread crummy then add the milk, knead & then roll out dough.

Spread tomato pizza paste over dough, cover with remaining filling ingredients finishing off with the cheeses.

Roll it up, cut into slices roughly an inch or more if you like, layer in slow cooker on top of baking paper & cook for 1.5 – 2 hrs on high with tea towel under the lid.
