Slow Cooker Beef Brisket

Slow Cooker Beef Brisket! Was so delicious! It just pulled apart!

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 Brown sugar ( but I didn’t have this so used 1/4 cup raw sugar)
1/4 cup Worchester sauce (but I had none so use 1/4 cup kapjat manis)
2 tablespoon Crushed garlic
2 tbsn Dijon mustard.
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 cup of beef stock

Directions:

Rub first 3 ingredients all over meat & sear each side in a pan.
Transfer to slow cooker. Add all other ingredients into slow cooker & cook on high for 6 to 7 hours or until meat starts to pull apart.
