Chicken roll ups in a béchamel sauce.
Ingredients:
I was going to do it in the oven but I don’t have a baking dish big enough so in the slow cooker it goes.
1/2 of a roast chook, shredded,
250 grams cream cheese,
1 and a half cup of grated cheese
2 tbs parsley
Cracked pepper
1 tbs garlic powder
Instructions:
Mix all together in a bowl.
Place mixture on fresh lasagna sheets, and roll tightly. Set aside.
Make your own béchamel sauce or buy it. I made mine just the traditional way with added parsley. Pour some of the sauce in slow cooker, place chicken roll up into the sauce. Cover those with the rest of the sauce, grate fresh Parmesan cheese on top with a sprinkle of paprika. I have no idea how long it will take so I’ll try in low for 3 hours. Tea towel under the lid.
