Mince and dumplings Recipe
How I made it:
:
• 500g 5% beef mince
• 1 beef stock pot dissolved in 500ml boiling water
• 1 big carrot peeled and sliced
Directions:
All in slow cooker for 5 hours on high, stirring occasionally. Then after 5 hours, sweetcorn, peas, add diced onion, & some gravy granules (if it needs thickening). Add dumplings on top. After half an hour, flip dumplings over, leave for another half hr (full cooking time is 6 hrs total).
I served with mash potato in a big Yorkshire!
