Beef casserole and dumplings!
Ingredients:
* 400g diced beef
* 1 large carrot
* 1 red onion
* New potatoes
* Beef casserole mix
* Beef stock pot
* Sprinkle of beef gravy granules (if needed to thicken)
* 600ml boiling water
* Dumplings
Method:
Put beef, peeled and chopped carrot, cut up potatoes, sliced onion in slow cooker. Combined water, beef stock pot and casserole mix and pour over ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. At this point sprinkle some gravy granules in IF it needs thickening, then put in dumplings and cook on high for an hour, flipping dumplings over half an hour into the hour. Serve in a big Yorkshire and enjoy!
