Sticky chicken and noodles. This is the kids but I added sesame seeds and spring onion to mine .. bloody lovely
Ingredients:
Chicken cubed
Quarter cup soy sauce
3 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
Flour
Onion
Garlic – I used 3 minced ..
Spring onions
Sesame seeds
Method:
Cover chicken in flour and only brown , add sliced onion at the end to get a coating . Put in slow cooker
Mix the all other ingredients together & pour over chicken . Cook on high for 2 hours . I like mine with a bit of sauce at the bottom but you can leave lid off for last half hour if you don’t. I flash fried spring onions and added and mixed after I fished out the kids and sprinkled sesame seeds over the top . I like with noodles but again it can go with rice , chips etc.
