Slow Cooker Sticky Chicken
Ingredients:
Really enjoyed this one & will definitely be doing it again!
?500g diced chicken breast
?1 small onion sliced thinly
?2 tablespoon brown sugar
?50ml of light soy sauce
?2 garlic cloves crushed
?4 tablespoon of honey
?flour
Directions:
?Coat diced chicken in flour, put all ingredients into the slow cooker on high for 3 hours (I stirred once during cooking) to make sure all chicken was coated in mixture.
?Served mine with noodles, peppers, onion, chilli & soy sauce?

❤️50ml of light soy sauce
❤️1 small chilli, sliced
❤️2 tablespoon brown sugar
❤️1 onion, sliced
❤️3 garlic cloves crushed
❤️3 tablespoon of honey
❤️flour
Method:
?Coat diced chicken in flour & lightly fry it then put all ingredients in to slow cooker on high for 2.5hours (I stirred once during cooking) to make sure all chicken was coated in mixture.
?Served mine with garlic & spring onion noodles and homemade egg fried rice
