??Finally made the Slow Cooker lemon meringue fudge and it did not disappoint!??
Ingredients:
?400g white chocolate
?Tin of condensed milk
?2tbsp lemon essence
?5 crushed meringue nests
?100g icing sugar
?2tsp Yellow food colouring
Directions:
?Put white chocolate, condensed milk and 1 tbsp lemon essence in to slower cooker on high for 10 mins then turn to low and cook for a further 30 minutes (stirring after 15 minutes) add the icing sugar and food colouring and give it a really good stir, cook for a further 15 minutes and turn off. Add 2nd tbsp of lemon essence and crushed meringues stir well then tip in to a lined baking tray and chill for 2-4 hours.
