Slow Cooker Hunters Chicken….
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts
4 thick slices of smoked bacon
Half large bottle of Bbq sauce
Method:
Layed chicken on 2 slices of bacon, rolled and placed in the bottom of slow cooker
added a little water first to sit the chicken on
Poured half large bottle of bbq sauce over chicken and bacon, only did half as can always add more later.
slow cooker on low and leave for 7 hours.
Not too sure what serving with yet, either chips or potatoes but defo vegetables
