Red Velvet Tim Tam Fudge
Basic fudge ingredients:
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
2 blocks of chocolate
Dollop of butter
Splash of vanilla
Additional:
1 Packet Red Velvet Tim Tams
Directions:
Combine condensed milk, chocolate (broken up into pieces) butter & vanilla in slow cooker pot.
Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, rotating the pot when you do to avoid hot spots. Then switch it up to high for another half an hour, still stirring at 15 minute intervals.

Meanwhile, chop up the Tim Tams roughly to make small chunks. Spread half of the chunks onto the bottom of a lined baking tin.
When the 1.5 hours is up & the fudge is cooked, mix through the other half of the tim tams and pour over the crumbs in the baking tin.
Smoosh the fudge mixture down into the tin so that the chunks underneath get properly coated.
When you eat it, it will be like there is a party in your mouth!
