Feeling very proud of myself, I made Cherry a Ripe Fudge.
Ingredients:
1 x Can Condensed Milk,
2 x 220gm Cadbury Plain Chocolate
1 x tsp Vanilla Essance,
1 x 12 piece Cherry Ripes
Method:
Didn’t use the butter that other recipes have suggested.
Melted chocolate, condensed milk & vanilla essence in slow cooker stiring every 15 mins for 90 mins. Then I put half of the fudge in a Brownie tin lined with grease proof paper that was lightly sprayed with oil.
I cut 6 cherry Ripes into small pieces & sprinkled evenly on top of mixture. I put the rest of the mixture on top & spread it evenly, then chopped the remaining cherry Ripes into same size as before, sprinkled evenly & lightly pressed down. Then put it in the fridge to set for at least 3 to 4 hours. Once set, cut into bite size pieces & try not to eat it all at once.. It’s sooo yummy. Think I’ll do a Tim Tam fudge next time.
