Tasty Meatloaf with Apple & Leek. Any meatloaf fans here?? This is the most amazing meatloaf I have ever tasted!! Carved perfectly and was devoured by my 3 fussy kids
With ingredients like apple, mustard and leek mmmmm can’t go wrong!!
Ingredients:
250g lean mince
500g sausage meat (I skinned 7 sausages)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 small leek finely chopped
1 peeled green apple grated
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons prepared mustard ( I used wholegrain)
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Mix it all together with clean hands till well combined. Make a loaf the length of your slow cooker and roll in breadcrumbs.
Place in oiled slow cooker on LOW for 6-8 hour
