1.5kg beef mince
2 Teaspoon minced garlic
1 egg
1 chopped onion
2 Teaspoon vegeta
2 Teaspoon mixed herbs
Roughly half a cup of bread crumbs.
Method:
Mixed it all and placed between 2 layers baking paper and used rolling pin to flatten.
Covered in triple smoked ham and lined with boiled eggs. Used bottom layer of baking paper to roll it all up and squish in the ends. Cook on low for 8 hours .
