Ingredients

  • 3 pounds frozen beef short ribs

  • 1 bottle (16 ounces) Catalina dressing

  • 1 packet (1 ounce) onion soup mix

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Tangy Catalina Beef Ribs: Directions

  1. Put the frozen beef short ribs in the slow cooker, spreading them out as evenly as possible.

  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the ribs, then pour the Worcestershire sauce on top.

  3. Pour the Catalina dressing over everything so the ribs are mostly covered.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, or on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours, until the beef is very tender and falls off the bone.

  5. Move the ribs to a serving dish, spoon the sauce over them, and serve warm.
