  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Slow Cooker Bacon Burger Beef: Directions

  1. Put the frozen ground beef tube into the slow cooker. Spoon the can of cream of bacon soup over the top. Add the chopped onion and the Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Cover the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the beef is fully cooked and easy to break apart.

  3. Use a spoon or potato masher to break the beef into small pieces. Stir so the soup, onion, and beef mix together into a thick, creamy mixture.

  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is hot and creamy.

  5. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, rice, or on toasted hamburger buns. Add a side of green beans, salad, steamed broccoli, or oven fries if you like.
