Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
Gravy:
1/2 onion, sliced
170g button mushrooms, sliced
30g gravy powder
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1.5 cups beef stock
Beef burger patties:
700g beef mince
1/4 cup minced onion
1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper
Directions
Combine beef burger ingredients, form in to patties and brown in a pan.
Add to slow cooker with mushrooms and onions, then combine remaining ingredients and pour over patties, mushrooms and onion.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Remove patties and strain liquid in to a saucepan. Thicken using corn flour. Pour back over beef.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
