Slow Cooker Ginger Cake success, although recipe says cook in pot I decided to put the mixture into a cake tin, still came out great.
Ingredients:
150 gram Butter
125 gram Soft Brown Sugar
225 gram Plain Flour
85 gram Black Treacle
100 gram Golden Syrup
2 beaten Eggs
60 ml Milk
2 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 teaspoon Ginger
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Method:
Grease Slow Cooker Pot.
Line base with baking parchment.
Melt sugar, butter, treacle + syrup. Allow to cool a little.
Beat eggs, whisk eggs into mixture with spices. Add sieved flour.
Add milk until combined.
Pour mix into slow cooker Pot.
Cloth over the pot, Lid over cloth.
Cook on high for approx 2 hours.
