Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
6 skinless and boneless chicken thighs
1 onion finely chopped
1 green pepper chopped
Tub of mushrooms finely sliced
I tin condensed chicken soup
1 tin condensed mushroom soup
1 tub soft cheese
I tub fresh cream
1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon mustard powder
A small glass of white wine
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
Just pop everything into the slow cooker and stir it lightly to mix the ingredients. High for an hour then low for 3 hours. Just before serving I stirred a big dollop of whole grain mustard through it, then served it with rice and mixed veg and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Clean plates all round.
