Slow Cooker Chow mein (vegan)
Ingredients:
1 pk funky fields mince
1 litre Australia’s Own beef stock
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 pack asian slaw (prepacked cabbage, carrot, corn, spinach, onion, capsicum. About 4 cups)
2 pks 2 min noodles
1 tsp onion powder
1 teaspoon smokey paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbs curry powder
2 tbs soy sauce
Directions:
Lightly fry mince and mushrooms, then added spices. Fry another minute, add stock and slaw. Cook on low 8 hours. Hour before finish add the packs of noodles. Serve. Deliciousness!!!
