Slow Cooker Chicken fajitas ? so tasty will definitely be making again ?
I have a 6.5L Slow cooker, made enough for 4 people (2 wraps each) and some left over for lunch tomorrow ?
Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts
2 red onions
4 peppers
Punnet of mushrooms sliced
1 500g box of passata
2 fajita mix sachets
Method:
Add chicken to pot and season with 1 packets of fajita mix, add onions, peppers and mushrooms season with second packet of fajita mix. Add passata and combine. Cook on low for 5 hours. At end of cooking shred chicken and add a hand full of cheese and mix well.
Serve in wraps with salad, cheese and condiments of your choice ?
