So the other night I made slow cooked satay chicken and it was amazing. It’s a must try.
Ingredients::
-Defrosted chicken breasts
– 2 cloves garlic crushed
– 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
– 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
– 3/4 cup coconut milk
– 3 tablespoons cornflour
Directions:
1) put defrosted chicken into slow cooker
2) mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl then pour over chicken breasts
3) cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours (cooking time varies between slow cooker)
4) to thicken sauce, put another tablespoon of cornflour with a dash of water.
Tip: If you want to have more sauce, just use the whole can of coconut milk. Just depends how you like it.
