Salted Caramel Fudge Recipe

My Salted Caramel Fudge Recipe turned out perfectly and tastes amazing! Can’t believe how easy it was in the slow cooker!

Ingredients:

1 x tin sweetened condensed milk
1 x cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 x cup golden syrup
2 tbsp x butter
375g of white chocolate (I used Nestle Plaistowe creamy & indulgent premium white for cooking)
and Salt at the end, just keep tasting till it’s just slightly salty.

Directions:

I stirred every 10mins, for two hours on high, with the lid off. I knew it was ready when it started going crusty on top, and when I dropped a blob into cold water from the fridge it formed like a ball at the bottom which was hard.
Then line a tin with baking paper, poor the fudge in and let set over night!
