6 boxes Fudge made up and delivered.

Made a selection of fudge for a couple of my local hospitals, fire service and ambulance crews! Was up till midnight last night trying to get these finished just need to get them boxed up…
*Mint areo
*Lemom meringue
*Candyfloss
*Newyork cheesecake
*Strawberry cheesecake (forgot to dye it pink so quickly swirled some in)
*Toffee

Mint Fudge
Freeze some chopped up mint bubble bars (got mine from aldi) put 500g cheap chocolate, can of condensed milk in slow cooker for 90 minutes stirring every 10-15 mins once done add mint flavouring. Pour into your lined tin and then add the frozen chocolate by pushing pieces into the fudge mixture then add some on the top for decoration. Refrigerate for 6 hours

Lemon meringue Fudge
600g cheap white chocolate can of condensed milk in slow cooker for 90 minutes stirring every 10-15 mins once done add your food colouring and lemon extract, stir trough some crushed meringue nests, then pour into your lined tin, sprinkle with more meringue and refrigerate for 6 hours

Candy floss Fudge
600g of cheap white chocolate, can of condensed milk in slow cooker for 90 minutes stirring every 10-15 once done add your Candy floss flavouring, separate into 4 bowls add your colouring. Pour 1st layer into your lined tin wait 5-10 minutes until you add the next layer and so on.

6 boxes Fudge

Newyork cheesecake fudge
600g cheap white chocolate, can of condensed milk in slow cooker for 90 minutes stirring every 10-15 minutes. Crush 300g biscuits and mix with 150g melted butter. Pour into a lined tin & spread out. Once your fudge is done add your Newyork cheesecake flavour and pour onto your biscuit base.

Strawberry cheesecake fudge
same as Newyork but obviously with strawberry flavouring and freeze dried strawberry pieces to decorate. I obviously forgot to add the colouring so you can either add it before pouring and make it all pink or do a couple of drops onto of the mixture once you’ve poured it out and swirl it around.

Toffee Fudge
600g cheap white chocolate can of caramel and a bag of Tesco toffees all in slow cooker on high until everything has melted then on low to finish total of 90 minutes (45min on high 45 minutes on low) Once done pour into your lined tin and refrigerate. Once chopped it may feel sticky leave it in an airtight tub in a cool dry place for a few hours…
