Ranch Roast Beef and Egg Noodles Crockpot

Ranch Roast Beef and Egg Noodles Crockpot. This is an easy and cozy slow cooker meal with soft beef and tasty sauce, served on noodles to make a filling dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs beef chuck roast

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 10-12 oz egg noodles

  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

  • Garnish: parsley cut in small pieces, optional.

Ranch Roast Beef and Egg Noodles: Instructions

  1. Put your roast in your crock pot.

  2. The sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus is sprinkled on top.

  3. Add butter and add beef stock.

  4. Cover and cook: Low: 8 hours or High: 4-5 hours

  5. After tenderization, slice the beef with forks.

  6. Prepare egg noodles on a case-by-case basis.

  7. Combine noodles with beef and juices that have been chopped.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Serving Tip

Eat with potatoes that have been mashed or steamed vegetable foods as a complete meal.
