Garlic Steak Potato Foil Packets. Small pieces of juicy steak and soft potatoes are cooked together in foil. They are flavored with garlic and Italian herbs, making an easy dinner with no mess. Ideal (weeknight) or informal parties!
Ingredients

2 lbs lean sirloin steak, cut into chunks of 2 inches.

1 lb baby yellow potatoes, sliced in quarters.

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp onion powder

3 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions: Garlic Steak Potato

Turn on your oven at 425degF (220degC) when you are going to bake.

Stir the steak, potatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to cover all the surfaces.

Prepare 4 pieces of 12×12 inch of aluminum foil. Share the mixture equally amongst them.

Fold and close the edges of all the foil sheets in order to seal the flavors.

Roast in the oven or roast under medium heat of around 20- 25 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your preference and the potatoes soft.
Tips:

To add more flavour sprinkle a few grains of grated Parmesan and seal with foil.

Eat with steam vegetables or green salad as a diet.
