Ranch Roast Beef and Egg Noodles Crockpot. This is an easy and cozy slow cooker meal with soft beef and tasty sauce, served on noodles to make a filling dinner.
Ingredients

2-3 lbs beef chuck roast

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 packet au jus gravy mix

1 cup beef broth
-
4 tbsp butter
-
10-12 oz egg noodles

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Garnish: parsley cut in small pieces, optional.

Put your roast in your crock pot.

The sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus is sprinkled on top.

Add butter and add beef stock.

Cover and cook: Low: 8 hours or High: 4-5 hours

After tenderization, slice the beef with forks.

Prepare egg noodles on a case-by-case basis.

Combine noodles with beef and juices that have been chopped.
