Slow Cooker Parmi stuffed chicken meatloaf!
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken mince
1 onion
1 egg
1-2 tsp garlic
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 tbs dried ️mixed herbs
Mix well
Filling:
Bocconcini
Ham
Pizza sauce
Tin tomatoes/herb/garlic
Directions:
Lay half mixture on foil
Lay ham, bocconcini & squirt of pizza sauce
Lay other half on top and mould together to form loaf
Wrap in foil and place in fridge to firm for 30 mins
Unwrap and place in slow cooker with Tin tomatoes for 3-4 hours on low
Place on tray with sauce spooned over top and add extra mozzarella
Pop under hot grill 5 minutes or until golden
Serve and devour😝
Question: What is Bocconcini please ?
Answer: Similar to mozzarella cheese:)️great melting cheese u can use any cheese of choice.
Question: By pizza sauce do you mean tomato paste or actual is there a special kind of sauce?
Answer: Tomato paste is fine to use, any tomato based sauce will do.
