Garlic Honey Chicken Thighs! These were SO good!
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
4tbsp Soy Sauce
4tbsp Ketchup
4tbsp Honey
6 cloves garlic, minced
Mix all of the above together
Directions:
Place chicken thighs in slow cooker, skin side up and pour the sauce over the top and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
For the last hour I placed a tea towel under the lid & got gloriously brown skin but you can crisp the skin under the grill in oven for a few minutes prior to serving.
I served with homemade egg fried rice which I cooked in a wok.
