My partner has to take lunch in for everyone at work tomorrow so our slow cooker has come to the rescue! One of our favourites meals.
Creamy chicken bacon ranch pasta!
serves (4-5)
Ingredients:
1 x large Chicken breast
200/300 grams Diced bacon
Half a cup or cup of Mushrooms (personal preference)
1 Can of condensed cream of chicken soup
a cup of ranch dressing
1 Cup of sour cream
Half a cup of water
Teaspoon of garlic
Directions:
Salt & pepper a few sprinkles not to much
Just add all ingredients stir and cook on high for 3-4 hours right towards the end shred chicken with two forks while still in the sauce , cook pasta seperate then serve over pasta with parmesan if you love cheese like me.
I think we tripled the recipe for the amount of people we have to cook for though.
