Chicken Fajita Pasta

Ingredients:

– 1 Yellow Bell Peppers,
-1 Red Bell Peppers
-1 Green Bell Peppers
– 5-6 Mushrooms
– 1 Sweet Onion
– 3 Chicken Breast, Diced
– Pasta of your choice
– 2 Cans Alfredo Sauce
– 2 Fajita Seasoning Packages
– Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Super yummy and cost about $20 for 4-5 big bowl fulls




Instructions:

– Cube raw chicken and cook in skillet on medium heat until no longer pink. Add 1 package of fajita seasoning and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
– Heat water in large pot until boiling, then add pasta. Cook until done (use package instructions). Drain and set aside for now.
– Add veggies of choice to skillet with second pack of fajita seasoning & a bit of water (to help soften veggies). Cook until tender. Add chicken back with veggies on low.
– Put pasta back in pot with 2 jars of Alfredo sauce on medium until sauce is heated (usually 5-7 minutes).
– Add chicken and veggies, stir until combined. Add Parmesan cheese. Alfredo sauce will turn orange as the fajita seasoning combines with it. Let that simmer together in pot for another 5ish mins or until cheese is melted and gooey!
