Slow Cooked Chicken casserole…
Ingredients:
Using a Coleman’s chicken casserole seasoning mix.
4 skinless chicken portions.
1 big sliced onion.
1 big sliced carrot.
1 small cubed parsnip.
A few green beans.
350mls boiling water.
1/2tsp mixed herbs.
2 bay leaf
Directions:
Place all the veg on the bottom the slow cooker.
Place the chicken on top.
Add the seasoning mix, mix well then stir in 350mls of boiling water.
Cook low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours.
I took the chicken out, removed the bones and added the chicken back into the slow cooker.
I’ve added some gravy granules to thicken.
Batch cooking for 1 .
