Turkish Delight Fudge about to go in the fridge to set overnight. ?
Ingredients:
1 & 2/3rds blocks of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate (220g blocks)
1 block of Cadbury Turkish Delight Chocolate (for those that don’t have Cadbury where they live, this is milk chocolate filled with a turkish delight flavoured creme)
(397g) can condensed milk
1tbsp of rosewater essence (this replaces vanilla essence from the original recipe, you can buy it in the same section of the supermarket)
Directions:
Put everything in slow cooker, lid OFF, for 1.5 – 2 hours (depending on your slow cooker, mine is ready faster, though the original fudge recipe says 2h), stirring every 15 mins.
Pop it all into a lined tray to set in the fridge. I topped it with the smaller Fry’s Turkish Deligh bars, cut into triangles, though I would have used actual pieces of turkish delight if I had thought to buy them sooner.
So far, it tastes delicious. ☺
