White Chocolate Cheese Cake in the slow cooker was a fabulous idea ?
Ingredients:
1 packet of marie biscuits
125 grams butter melted
200 grams white chocolate
500 grams cream cheese brought to room temperature
300 grams sour cream
1/2 cups caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 egg
Directions:
Whizz up biscuits in food processor until fine.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Spoon mixture into the bottom of a greased spring form pan & place it in the fridge
Put white chocolate into a bowl over boiling water & stir until chocolate melts.
Put cream cheese, sour cream, sugar & vanilla in a bowl and beat well with electric mixer (mixture will be slightly lumpy).
Add melted chocolate and beat until combined.
Add eggs & beat on very low speed until just combined
Pour the mixture into the pan & place in the slow cooker. I put mine on a tiny little cake rake & about 3/4 cup of water in the bottom.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
