Sticky Pork Belly Recipe Notes:
Question: Does it stay liquidy in the slow cooker then goes sticky in the oven? X
Answer: Yeah, it’ll still be liquidy when you take it out of the oven but the belly pork would’ve soaked up all the juices and become sticky. So when you take it out of the oven don’t worry if it still looks runny. Once you plate up the belly pork it’ll be sticky x
Question: Did you use light or dark soy sauce please?
Answer: I used dark.
Question: How much meat for this recipe.
Answer: This was one tray of pork belly, which I think is 6 or so slices x
