Slow Cooker Zucchini Slice

Today i am gonna share delicious slow cooker zucchini slice recipe. It is one of my favorite recipes. First without wasting any time move towards the ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 6 short cut bacon rashers (sliced & cubed)
  • 3 medium sized zucchinis (grated, water squeezed out)
  • 2 medium sized carrots (grated, water squeezed out)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1-2 cups grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

First of all line the slow cooker with baking paper (bottom and sides), spray oil on the baking paper. Combine all ingredients and add to slow cooker. You should use baking paper to line the bottom and sides.

Before adding all other ingredients, Beat the eggs and stir in flour first. Use a very large bowl to combine ingredients. Place a towel under the lid while cooking. Cook on high for 2.5 – 3.0 hours.
