Hi guys, i am gonna share slow cooker sweet chili meatballs for dinner. I am sure your family will like this. So, first move toward the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 500g mince
- 1 finely diced onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 grated zucchini
- A good dash of mixed herbs
- A good squirt of bbq, tomato n sweet chilli sauce
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (any)
- 1 can of diced/crushed tomatoes
- About 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt n pepper
Method:
Combine the spaghetti sauce n diced/crushed tomatoes in your slow cooker and put on high while you mix all the ingredients together, then roll in 2 little balls n plonk in 2 the sauce in slow cooker.
I’m cooking on high for about 1 1/2 hrs as I’m running late haha serve on spaghetti n sprinkle with grated cheese. It looks so delicious and i can’t wait to give a try.
