Slow Cooker Spaghetti Bolognese

Slow Cooker spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients:

500grams minced beef
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 oxo cube crumbled
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
I jar of spicy dolmio sauce
Teaspoon of basil
Salt
Black pepper
500ml water..
75grams of pasta per person

Method:

Fry off the minced beef, onion and garlic in a frying pan.
When browned add to the slow cooker with all the other ingredients give it a good stir and cook on high for 2hrs or low for 4hrs
You can either cook the pasta on the hob and add to the dish just before serving or cook in the slow cooker dry…if cooking in the slow cooker break the long pasta into 3 sections as it cooks better smaller than long strips then let it cook for 25 minutes or until as tender as you want it. X
