Soo.. I decided to make my slow cooker spag bol… I’ve been making it since I was 17 and has never failed.. It’s my own recipe. And is absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
– 2 bottles of passata cooking sauce
– Pizza tomato paste
– 2 teaspoons of garlic
– mixed herbs
– Italian herbs
– salt and pepper to taste
– carrots
– 1kg of mince

Directions:
I also fill each sauce bottle half away with water, shake it and pour into sauce.
I cooked it on high for 3 hours with lid on. Then added spaghetti and cooked for a further 30 mins with lid off so sauce thickens.
Served with parmesan cheese and it’s perfect. ?
