Today i am going to share slow cooker shepherd pie. It is so yummy and easy to cook. Let’s move toward the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 t minced garlic
- Packet frozen mixed vegies (I used peas,corn & carrots)
- 1 T traditional gravox
- Barbeque sauce
- Grated cheese
- Potato gems
Method:
First brown the mince, onion and garlic. Add frozen vegetables. Mix in gravox & bbq sauce. Now add to slow cooker & slighty flatten. Add a layer of grated cheese then add layer of potato gems.
I cooked on low for 2 1/2 hours with tea-towel under lid. Enjoy and don’t forget to share this recipe with your friends and family members. Thanks.
