Slow Cooker Quiche Boats for us again. So delicious it’s becoming a fortnightly meal for us. First batch is out and 2nd is in.
Ingredients:
- First batch has Ham & Tomatoes & Peas & Corn & Cheese.
- Second batch ham, onion and cheese.
Method:
For the egg mixture used a dozen eggs, half a cup of milk, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese! Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.

Answer: Just fresh tomato chopped quite small.

6 eggs and half the milk perfectly fills 4 of them.

I line with baking paper just so if any of the mixture spills it doesn’t make the slow cooker so hard to clean haha.

Answer: 1 and a half hours on high .
Question: Do you put a tea towel under the lid when cooking these?
Answer: No, I don’t.
Question: Has anyone frozen these?
Answer: I haven’t but I would be interested to know also.
I’m sure they would freeze ok.

Answer: Yes lid on and I don’t put a tea towel.
