Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

2.5kg pork shoulder
1 x 500ml bottle of cider vinegar
1 x cup BBQ sauce

Mix together:
2 x teaspoons paprika
2 x teaspoons cumin
2 x teaspoons pepper
2 x teaspoons brown sugar (I use coconut sugar)
1 x teaspoon salt

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Directions:

Put pork in slow cooker (skin side up)
Rub mix all over pork
Pour whole bottle of cider over pork
Cook on low 8 – 10 hours

Remove pork and place on a tray and remove skin/fat
Shred with 2 forks
Pour 1 cup BBQ sauce into slow cooker and mix
Return pork to slow cooker/juices
Mix and serve!

We use this for tacos, nachos, rolls and wraps for school – so yummy.
