Slow Cooker Obsession Meatballs . I made these last week (I think – all the days are blurring into one lately) and they were a hit with my 3 men/boys.
I was informed however that I ‘hadn’t made enough and next week when you make these again, please double it’.
•Meatballs Ingredients:
1kg beef mince
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons hamburger helper
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Directions:
Mix well together and roll into meatballs, placing in SC once rolled.
•Obsession Sauce/Gravy
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
2 French onion soup mix
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons mint jelly
Mix well together in jug and pour over meatballs evenly as possible.
Cook on low 6 hours or high approximately 3 hours.
I’ll be serving these with just beautiful mashed potatoes.
