Ingredients:

2 x cans crushed tomatoes
1 onion
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
1/4 cup aprox of Parmasean
2 tbs tomato paste
2 tsp Wochestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
Garlic

1 x carrot
1 x zucchini
2 x potatoes
2 x celery sticks
1 x can kidney beans

Method:

Chop it all & chuck it in!

Optional – 250g small pasta – add at the end

Cooked on high for 4hrs then blitzed the veggies up slightly so not all chunky (more family friendly) before adding the pasta

So delish & hearty

Slow Cooker Creamy Basil Chicken.

Ingredients:

500 gr diced chicken
1 jar pesto
300 ml cooking cream
2 teaspoons minced garlic




Directions:

On low for 4 hours
I will serve with pasta and toasted pine nuts.

Was very yummy and I’ll definitely make it again. Once it had finished cooking I added in the pasta (cooked separately) and the toasted pine nuts.
Would be yummy to add in some salad spinach leaves (I didn’t have any).
This was my taste tester snack, but also steamed some greens to have with dinner.
